my newest addition...

I received this little gem over the weekend.  Nice present huh?  I've decided it will be setting the stage for a culinary inspired week of sorts.  Be back a little bit later with more on that.

And in the in-between times of cooking - you can use it for resistance training in your weight lifting workout! :-D
Really though - just beautiful - and the color just inspires creativity! Can't wait to see the yummies that come form that!

I wish I was there to eat some of it! Cooking delicious meals is few and far between these days...

I soooo agree with Maria above you need strong muscles and two hands to lift this baby and God forbid you ever drop it, the pan wll be intact your toes or your floor might show more of a dent. Hope you enjoy your initiation dish...Chris

Nice overall, even, cooking in that. I can barely lift those things when empty let alone with something in them. Since I don't particularly like to cook, I won't give that a second thought!

It is so great to cook with it. And I've just bought the little ones to make " single meal "

Yes, I am usually preparing for only two people so I will have to look for the little ones as well. What color do you have Melanie?

Oh - you will love it! I have 2 red ones - one for jelly making and one for everyday real food. Having nothing else to do with your time you might want to add bread making on your to do list - gluten free of course. The no-kneed bread recipes from breadtopia.com work well and are SO easy. Your new green pot is perfect for baking rustic style breads.
