I have bit of a sweet tooth. I believe this was inherited from my mother and fortunately not passed down to my daughter - she's a savory type of girl that one. Throughout the day, I crave a little something sweet. I am blaming this on the fact I no longer get carbs because of the no bread, no pasta, no pizza crust, no regular cookies, cake etc. etc. Okay, I might have always craved a little something sweeth throughout the day. Admitting the problem is half the battle right?
So, when I feel like a little treat, I go to the freezer and grab about 5 chocolate chips. They are so small that I feel I'm not really doing any serious damage but I get to satisfy the craving. Great idea no? What I'm here to tell you now is......................eventually you will go to the freezer and find an EMPTY bag and know that you alone are responsible for that empty bag. It all adds up my friends, it really all adds up. Do you have a sweet tooth?
