things i love thursday...

It's spendy for toothpaste.  Quite spendy in my book.  I'm a bargain gal.  The only reason I bought it was that crazy Anthropologie discount.  Reminder, call daughter and yell at her again for not working there anymore.  What is law school doing for her anyway?  I mean, what kind of cool product discounts is that going to get me!

Do you know what possessed me to buy Italian toothpaste?  Imported (oh dear the carbon footprint) Italian toothpaste with probably many not so good for me chemicals (I'm usually a Tom's girl).  Look at the packaging.  Seriously.  It's adorable.  When you love design, you notice it everywhere.  I liked the "vintagy" look of it as well.  I also enjoy the actual toothpaste, which is a good thing, because when I knew the daughter was quitting, I bought like 5 tubes.  This is my last one.  MY LAST ONE.  I won't buy it again because there are many other things I would rather spend $10 on.  I think a tube of this stuff with a new toothbrush would be a FABULOUS gift.  My birthday is in September.  Thank you in advance.

I also really like this little toothpaste key thingy ma bob.  I've never used one before.  I don't know where I got it.  You know what else I don't know (okay many many things but let's focus)?  I don't know why I never used one before.  It rocks.

What toothpaste do you use and do you use one of these key thingy ma bobs?

Toms of Maine - no fluoride and no SLS please. Nope - no key - but if it keeps the metal tubes from getting holes - I'm there! The boys use Tom's too. But, that packaging would tempt me too!

ok so the main criteria for a toothpaste at our house is that it be pink and sparkly when we put on our pink princess toothbrushes! really, what more could a girl want? but you jeanette make me laugh! only you could ever find such an amazing tube of toothpaste! you need to use that creative brain of yours and recycle it into some kind of a charm......upcycle seems to be the theme song on etsy, get on that! (;

I would have NEVER thought to give someone a tube of fancy toothpaste and maybe a cool toothbrush as a gift but it is a GREAT idea. Things we don't want to shell out the $$ for but would enjoy having, great, did I say that already? I am totally doing this, where can you buy those keys?

I don't get to use fancy toothpaste.

Some of my teeth hurt so I have to use that Sensodyne stuff... Where's the fun in that?

This is MY toothpaste. It's is great. I might also buy it for the "cha cha" factor but I don't care, it looks good on my sink. Did you know they come in different flavors and colors? Just checking in during my travels.
