his hands...

If you don't know Stacey, you should.  Stacey writes an interesting and always informative blog called Quintessence.  She also writes for Women's Voices for Change and last month she approached me about contributing a piece to WVFC for Valentine's Day.

What fun!  I wrote a short little something and they published it.  If you have a minute or two, I'd appreciate it if you would pop on over and give it read.

It begins like this "It was a year before I noticed his hands were sexy"...

Thanks and Happy Valentine's Day!

Lovely, just perfect for Valentine's. It's amazing how we evolve and how our relationships change over time. Wishing you love and happiness this Valentine's.

Beautifully written piece...Makes me realize how very much I relate to this as I have often looked at my husband's strong, work-roughened, yet gentle, hands in the same way but could never have expressed feelings they evoke as well as you did...thank you for this lovely and timely reminder...

Sounds so beautiful--running out the door but bookmarking your piece to read when I get home. :)

That sounds very sweet. I will go check it out.
p.s. I was searching through Amazon for GF baking books, and got so overwhelmed. Do you have any recommendations, just so I can learn the basics?
