The photo AH showed you yesterday was the back of our latest find - a 1959 TV, Stereo and Record Player all in one! We live in a pretty modern house but we both love vintage (me more than him) and mid-century is our favorite. I wanted something unique to sit underneath our TV and had my fingers crossed I'd find a piece that included a record player - love that scratchy sound that comes from a record don't you? I've been looking for a year to find something I liked in my bargain price range. Thank You G-dub!
I think the old gal can hold her own against all the new and modern don't you?
I almost forgot - it even came with the manuals and original store receipt!

Iove this! I've been wanting a mid century piece to house our electronics too. Awesome find!!!
Wow - I hate to admit that I remember our neighbor having one of these!!
Love it! It looks great and such a cool find. thanks for sharing...and not making us wait too long to figure out what AH's pic was all about.
Happy Tuesday!
Looks like it was MADE for that spot - perfect! I'd wait until there is a really old movie showing on TV like - The Wizard of Oz, or To Kill A Mockingbird, Vertigo, West Side Story - most of which are from its same era (except ole Ozzy - that predates her a bit!). How awesomely wonderful would THAT be! Call MJM and plan it during the holidays - oh - then you could do Its a Wonderful Life!
i always love having something old then making it new again.
You two are amazing! Great work, great style!
OMGosh! I love the "reveal"! Well you certainly kept that purchase under your hat! It looks fabulous! I love it! It is perfect!
I knew it!
A-H really is a combo of McFly and Mcgyver as proved by your 'back to the future' combo - brilliant!
