vintage finds wednesday...

You don't think I'd go to San Diego and not do a little hunting for my shops do you?  Of course not.

Only picked up a couple things for Maude & Lola...

and a little group of goodies for Everton Terrace...

Not a mountain of looty this time.  Prepping for the holiday shopping season means stocking up on inventory - this also means my shelves are filling up until I put all this new stuff in the shop.  I'll be starting to load in lots of great new stuff over the next few weeks so stop on by!

Necklace giveaway here!

Oh the numbered tags are my favorite!

The numbers tags were used on cattle. They wore them around their necks - much more humane than the way they do it now -which is with a staple :(

Yes, the turquoise piece is rather special!

I too like the tags, but my fave is the piece pictured just below the turquoise. Love the tone of that metal! Your shops are full of such special things!

I was about to say - aren't those cattle tags?! You find some real treasures. I'd have a hard time parting with some of them myself! Aren't you tempted to keep some?

Sounds like you had a lovely time. I always loved the few times we went to
San Diego but as I was living in Laguna Beach, we went to Palm Springs instead so the x could play golf....

You definitely have a great eye !

cheers, parsnip
