This is the result of phoning in your workouts for 3 months. Andrew Henry and I went from 5 times a week to maybe once a week and we have really started to notice it. Only one thing to do - the dreaded "ball workout". We started with lower body yesterday and I can tell you, it hurt to walk up the stairs to the post office today. Yowza Mommy. I'm not asking for sympathy, it was was self-induced - both the workout and the need for it. I'm just saying, the woman in these videos is evil. You've all been warned.

I feel your pain!
I threw the ball for the dog today and that's probably going to be all my exercise, except for her evening walk.
Some years ago I foolishly decided jogging around the park in the early mornings was the right way to get fit for what was then an approaching Summer. On Monday morning (which was the next day) I arrived at work to discover the lift wasn't working. Had no trouble climbing the 3 flights of stairs to the office. However on descending at lunchtime I winced at every step, thigh and bottom muscles screaming for pity. Oddly enough (or is it?) our German Shepherd showed no symptons whatsoever of having made the same run.
That's how I felt when I first did the 30 Day Shred! omg!
You GO girl!
I am SO proud of you!
The pain just means it was a GOOD workout!
And - there is no better way to ease the soreness than to stretch those muscles while warming up for your next workout!
You know I am one of your biggest cheerleaders! Siss - Boom - Bah! Keep going - Rah- Rah- Rah!
And it even keeps the kids busy when not in use!
