pagoda 15 wrap up...

Let's finish up the Pagoda 15 post that shows our remodelled kitchen.

A closer look at some details and a peek in a few cupboards...

We call these our "donut" lights...

The dried stalks are from a cactus in our backyard and the pinecones are from Sedona (where the folks live)...

Our everyday and company dishes - it's easier that way...

Serving stuff...

Hey, everybody has a few spaces like this..........don't they????

The view from my kitchen sink.  Makes doing the dishes just a bit less boring (if somebody ever chops down that power line in the middle of the night I know NOTHING about it)...

This is the backsplash we made for behind our sink.  It's handmade marbleized paper (which I purchased).  We attached some plexiglass in front of it to protect it.  I figured when we get sick of it, we can put something else here.

I finally put out my pumpkins.  I know it's not exactly an abundance of decoration but it's something right?

Thanks for joining me on this 3 day post of our kitchen.  Have a great weekend and I'll see you on Monday!

Thank the Lord for that one bag cabinet - it reassured me that you are "normal"!

LOVE your back splash - I want to make one now (you know how I am about making stuff!) Though it probably will not be me that makes it - but rather my faithful assistants!

And the pumpkins - well - I think they are perfect. Just enough - and precious BTW!

(gotta say too = lovin the donuts!)

Happy Weekend All!

Such amazingness here! And I love that it was marblelized paper :) (I'm also enraptured by the green light and the dish arrangement). Sigh, thank you for sharing your "Pagoda", drool-worthy - every last bit!

What about all of those cupboards under the length of the island? Of course I find myself wanting more looky-loos :)
Your kitchen is 'fantabulous'! The backsplash is ingenious!
You might want to concentrate a bit on the removal of that powerline ...

I love your backsplash! What a great idea.

What internship is your daughter looking for? Does she go to school in WA? If you are planning a spokane visit and are budgeting for a fancy hotel while you are there, you must stay at the Davenport!!! If not, stay nearby and be sure to check out the lobby, it is a beautiful place.

I love the paper behind your splashback.
Originally I thought that it was a photo of the bark from a Eucalyptus tree.
