have a great weekend...

Wow this week was a fast one for me.  I don't like that, I like my days to linger and waltz around me.  I think it's why I get up so crazy early every day. I want more of each day, to do more, be more but to have it feel like it's more of a meandering walk than a sprint.  Here's to a meandering weekend.

"She gathered her dreams like feathers, tucking them away in her pouch, saving them, saving them.  It wasn't until she took them out and tried them on did she realize she could fly."

Don't forget to enter the Paddywax Candle giveaway!

Have a great weekend everyone and I'll see ya'll on the flipside.

The first week of the year finished already?!?

I so love this post Jeanette, imagining you lingering and waltzing through the days.

The image and poem are treasures and very poignant as I have bee collecting real feathers [to tickle my dreams] over the past few months.

Here's to a wonderful weekend,

x Felicity

You know Jeanette I was just thinking that the days pass much to quickly. I really am not fond of it. I am however fond of weekends, have yourself a great one!

I think it's age related, time never went so fast when I was younger.
And I keep telling myself it will be spring soon! So wishing my life away, well at least the winter part.
Seems to me that five minutes can take forever to pass and a week can happen in a flash.

Trying also to enjoy the moment, live in the moment and not in my head...I’m always planning, thinking, daydreaming....No wonder I don’t remember anything.

I agree - flew by! Love the quote. Since we're inundated with snow I'll be meandering within my house (which I love)!

That quote is really lovely. I love my days to linger as well but they do seem to fly by too fast.

Late for work..

Time nips at my heels and is winning.

I always consider the sight of a feather a sign that my guardian angel is watching over me, even if the dog did just eat the pillow!
