it's coming...

My daughter and my father at her graduation
The part of this break where I kick back and read the pile of magazines accumulating on my bedside, where I finally get my now, all the way past my ears, hair cut or where I have time to invite friends over for intimate dinner parties that are so fabulous they get pinned all over Pinterest.

That time is coming right?
I want that time to come.
I need that time to come.

Since I've been on my "break",  Andrew Henry and I woke up in 5 different states in 6 days.
Arizona - home.
Nevada - spend less than 24hrs here to attend wedding because daughter was a bridesmaid.  Go straight from Nevada to...
Washington - Spend 2 1/2 days to attend daughter's law school graduation, pack her apartment, load moving truck.  Drive from Washington to...
Oregon - drove the entire state from top to bottom in a hunk of junk rental moving truck.  Continue on to...
California - Drive entire length of state (very long state by the way) and stop in Coronado (for 15hrs) to drop off some furniture at the cottage, sleep, walk on beach for 20 minutes and get back into moving truck to drive to...
Arizona - home.

Enough of that.
That is over.
Isn't this fun?

A little timer to brew your tea properly, served at Cafe Flora - darn delicious breakfast too.  Andrew Henry and I are still thinking about the food - if you are in Seattle, go there.  So good.

That wasn't my tea.
I don't like tea.
I like lemonade and hot chocolate.
And rest.

Did I mention my poor daughter has whooping cough???
Back to my break.
See you soon.
Maybe.

So great to see a picture of her on her big day! Glad you all made it back okay. Sounds like quite the trek, especially when not feeling your best. Feel better Meg!

Congrats to Meg and your family! Get better soon too Meg. Enjoy some more break time!
xo Cathy -- loves tea, too impatient to use the timer no matter how cute!

Life runs very fast these days. There never seems to be time for those days when you just put your feet up and read a book. Especially if you have children!!! (PS that NEVER changes!)

Congrats on your daughter's graduation from law school... such a big achievement. She is so pretty, Jeanette, you must be so proud. Hope she feels better soon. Logan has had a case of bronchitis that just will not go away! xo
